How do I know if Aid Vision can support me?

Aid Vision supports participants across a wide range of NDIS registration groups. If you have an NDIS plan, contact us to discuss your needs. We'll let you know if we can help or recommend other suitable providers.


What areas do you service?

We're based in Craigieburn and primarily service the Hume region and northern Melbourne suburbs. We also provide services across Greater Melbourne by arrangement. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.


How quickly can support start?

Once we've discussed your needs and agreed on a support plan, we can often begin services within a few days, depending on support worker availability and your schedule.


Do I need to be NDIA managed to use your services?

No. We work with participants who are NDIA managed, plan managed, and self-managed. We're flexible with invoicing and payment arrangements.


What qualifications do your support workers have?

All Aid Vision support workers have completed relevant qualifications, hold current NDIS Worker Screening clearances, and receive ongoing training. Many have years of experience in disability support.


Can I request a specific support worker?

Yes. We aim to match you with support workers who align with your preferences, interests, and support needs. Consistency of support workers is important to us.
